Purpose of the public consultation
We ran a consultation from Tuesday 5 November 2024 until Tuesday 3 December 2024, with an event at Hook, Greatfield and Greenhill Village Hall on 19 November. This provided our Ampyr team with an opportunity to listen to and understand the local community’s views about the proposal. The feedback provided through the consultation is being used to inform the scheme’s design and will also enable our team to understand how best to optimise community benefits.
We’ll provide an update to the community and stakeholders before submitting our planning application in the coming months. A Statement of Community Involvement detailing how the consultation has been carried out and how feedback to the consultation has been considered will also be submitted as part of our planning application.
Hearing from our communities, landowners, and other stakeholders is a central part of the planning process. All comments help us understand the local area, and any potential impacts our proposals may have on the community.
